By and large, for whatever reason,Nuance PDF Create 6 is a great program for anyone involved in publishing, or even for personal use by people that have to handle multiple files (including PDFs). The best thing about this software is that it is intuitive. There¡¯s nothing worse than a great program that you can¡¯t figure out how to use. If you have an entire team that you need to train on this software, I have a feeling that you¡¯ll have little trouble doing so. These days, if you¡¯re software gives people headaches when their trying to learn how to use it, there¡¯s another program right around the corner that can do it better. Therefore, you need to be as user-friendly as possible; and Nuance delivers.

The software also supports the ability to archive documents (to the industry standard PDF/A standard) should you wish to have files in long term storage but want to ensure that the file can still be accessed without any difficultly in the future.

Using PDF Create 6 is also very easy, both the basic and more advanced features are self explanatory and straightforward. The program requires very little time on the part of the user to get to grips with, and the interface is re-freshly simple.

Even if you are just looking for a PDF creator for private use, PDF Create 6 is a great investment. It only costs $49.99, so it¡¯s not like the arm and a leg that acrobat will charge you. If you need to combine multiple Word files or want to create a scrapbook out of all your JPEGs or other pictures, this is a great program to have.

As far as what the software actually does, this newest version is easily the fastest, most intuitive PDF creator we¡¯ve ever used. Yes, Nuance has had some stability issues in the past with previous versions, but they¡¯ve listened to their customers and cleared all that up. Now, with just one click you can create a PDF out of your other files, and it¡¯s super fast; you¡¯ll be surprised. The PDFs it creates are viewable in virtually any PDF viewing program. We only used Acrobat, and it worked just fine.
